I was offered a free upgrade as the one I had ordered went out of stock during process. Great communication and great product
Great service, fast delivery and quality product.
I only bought the 20" which is really lightweight and matches my Highbury holdall. I like that it has a combination lock built in and is the kind of colour that stands out among a sea of boring old black, blue and grey cases! The case was sent really quickly as promised.
I did end up with this particular product as it went out of stock after my purchase. I was offered alternatives very quickly and i am glad I was. The wallet I received was absolutely stunning and the personalisation looks beautiful. Perfect for a birthday presents. The item is very well packaged and presented. Thank you
Excellent customer service. They didn’t have the wallet that I wanted in stock so they very kindly emailed and offered an upgrade for free. The wallet is great and my husband loves it. Fast delivery and great service.
