WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We are pleased to offer our customers a free UK 2nd class delivery option, which typically takes between 2 to 7 working days. However, if you need your order sooner, we do offer two additional delivery options.
For a small fee of £4, you can upgrade your delivery to 1st class and expect to receive your package within 1 to 2 working days. Alternatively, we offer a special delivery service for £7.50, which guarantees delivery by the next working day.
Please note that these delivery options are subject to availability and may not be available in all areas. If you have any further questions about our delivery options, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team.
- If you choose the Next Working Day delivery option and place your order before 2pm, you can expect to receive it on the following working day.
- If you place your order after 2pm using this delivery option, you should receive it within 2 working days from the day you placed the order.
- For orders placed on a weekend or a Bank Holiday using this delivery option, the delivery time frame will also be 2 working days from the day of the order placement.
Please note that during busy sale periods, the Next Working Day Delivery option may not be available. This will be indicated at the checkout, where only standard delivery will be offered as an option.
Please also be aware that our delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and carrier service disruptions. Therefore, while we will make every effort to meet the delivery dates and times stated on our website, we cannot guarantee them. Your personalisation will be truly unique to you. Please note that slight variations in colour, depth, or finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of leather and the bespoke engraving process. The features shown on our website are for guidance, but rest assured—you’re in expert hands. Our skilled engravers carefully adjust each design where needed to achieve the best possible result, ensuring your personalised leather wallet is finished to the highest standard.
What are your delivery times?
For all UK domestic orders, we offer a standard delivery service of 2-3 working days. If you choose to upgrade to our special delivery option and place your order before 2pm on a working day, your item will be delivered the next day.
Orders from Europe typically take up to 6 working days, while deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 10 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that for European and international customers, local customs duties and taxes are not included in our delivery costs. We kindly advise you to check with your local authorities regarding any additional charges before placing your order.
Warranty?
At Willyswallets, we design our products to last a lifetime of use and enjoyment. However, if an issue arises, our warranty covers manufacturing defects for one years from the date of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
